10 1/2 inch plate. I am not sure of the age, but it does not have the Twin Towers as a site of the city. There are no chips, cracks or breaks, but has been displayed. There is minor wear to the gold trim and a few tiny scratches in the white area. You must look closely with the plate tilted to side and strong light to see them.
