Vintage Metal Picture Frame

One the older style brass tone frames with the maroon velvety style back cover. Was never sure of what the material actually was. Each frame is 7 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches. The textured maroon paper which covers the inside of backing is showing age and is curling on a couple of corners but does not appear torn. This particular frame can be used for a table top or it has 2 hanging rings. There is no rust, but it showing general age darkening. The photograph has a lot of reflection which may appear as damage.
