McGraw Box

It is 9 1/2 inches in length, 4 inches in height and 6 inches in depth. McGraw Box Co. Mfrs. McGraw, New York Patents Applied For is etched on the bottom. The handles fold down and are attached to metal plates. It is nicely dovetailed. The interior is lined in a padded material, but it is in dreadful condition. It is not particularly soiled (has one ink stain), but the top lid lining has rips. The bottom portion has an area coming loose from the wood, but is repairable. The metal portions have darkened, but it is an attractive look. There are many imperfections on the exterior, which would be easier to show in the form of photos, rather than describing.
