Red Handle Ice Cream Scoop

Vintage wooden handle scoop with no identifying marks, other than a 16 in the release ring. It measures 8 1/2 inches in length. It works, but is a bit rough in movement. The handle has no splits or damage, but there is slight fading to red paint. I will be happy to provide additional photos. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
