Vintage Plastic Dog Figure

I've had this little fellow for about 20 years and thought it was porcelain, but when I was preparing to list, I discovered it is actually a hard thin plastic and marked Hong Kong. It is approximately 2 3/4 inches in height. It has a most appealing little face. There are no chips, cracks or breaks. One ear has stress lines in the finish (not the plastic) which may be age or could be manufacturing flaws. I will be happy to provide additional photos. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
