Ginger Cat Figurine

Very detailed figurine measuring 8 3/4 inches in height. There is no manufacturing information, although at one point there was a sticker on the bottom. It is probably from Japan. There are no chips, cracks or breaks, but there is some loss of finish. It needs cleaning. Although, I've had it for many years, have been afraid to do any extensive cleaning because it looks like it is finished in cold paint.
