Marked in older black print "Japan." It is 7 1/2" in height and 4" in width. There is a lot of paint loss, several chips and needs cleaning. I am afraid to do any cleaning, due to the old paint which will come off easily. No cracks or breaks. There is an old marble stuck in the right eye and the stopper is missing.
