Ivory Dragon Brooch

I bought this brooch years ago because I just liked the way it looked. Uninformed, as I am, regarding jewelry, I thought it was plastic. I was going through a "catch-all" drawer the other day and found it wrapped in a paper towel. If I had not noticed that the clasp was marked silver, I would still think it was plastic. I am not sure of the age, but would think the rather unique silver clasp, might help pinpoint a date. It measures approximately 2 x 1 1/2 inches. There does not appear to be any damage, but will provide additional close-up photos of all areas. The clasp is attached with 2 tiny little screws - if you look closely at photo # 2, you can see how it is made. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
