Antique Oval Mirror
|| for item M-7198
I feel irresponsible using the term antique for this mirror, but it is the only way to describe it. I hear the word tossed about these days so lightly - even new items are being called antique. I guess it depends on if you use "antique" as a noun or an adjective. This is certainly not a recent piece, but I am not sure of the age. I bought a couple of them, several years ago, when an old dress shop was closing. The mirrors had been in the shop when the owner had taken over the store years before. It is approximately 35 x 28 inches. There is no damage to the mirror, but there are a few small areas of superficial damage to the frame. The wooden frame is not as bright as the sunlight is showing, but a more burnished patina. I always thought it would work nicely for a dining room mirror. I would prefer to provide detailed photos of front and back of the mirror, rather than bore you with my description. This listing is for one mirror. Please email for additional photos or information.
