It is marked as Kohinoor Fine Bone China. It is lovely quality china, however, I've never heard of this manufacturer. I am not sure if this would be a tumbler or cup without a handle. It is 4 inches in height. Mminor wear to the finish. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
