I am not sure of the age of this item because I am selling it for a friend. The bottom has a paper label from Two's Company, Mt. Vernon, NY and made in India. I am not sure if the base is silverplate or another metal. It holds 10 photos or whatever you wish to put in the holders. My friend used it to display earrings. Additional photos or info by email.
