Enameled Brass Vase

Vintage enameled brass vase measuring approximately 7 inches in height. There is etched information on the bottom, but really can't decipher the lettering. It is not marked as solid brass, but would think it is due to the weight and overall condition. There is extensive floral enameling to the most of the body and neck. I've had it since the late 70's or early 80's and never cleaned it because I HATE bright brass. There are some tiny dots of discoloration, but the poor thing has been packed away in my basement for the last 10 years. There are a couple of shallow dents.
