Webster Wilcox Oneida Silver Tea Caddy

Marked as Webster Wilcox Collection by Oneida, made in the USA. Many years ago, Oneida took over the Wilcox Webster company. It is not marked as sterling or silverplate. It is approximately 6 inches in height. There are no dings or dents to either pieces, but does have some superficial marks to the exterior and interior. It has never been polished.
