I have listed this dispenser as "vintage" because it is not a new item. It was given to me over 10 years ago and don't know if it could be properly classified as vintage. It was manufactured in Taiwan. The height is almost 9 inches. There has never been soap or lotion in the bottle. There are a few spots of paint loss, as well as some stray manufacturing paint.
