EC White Planter

Vintage planter marked as Made in EC, which I understand was manufactured in the European Union. I am not sure of the manufacturer, but there is a rooster backstamp molded in the ceramic, which should help with identification. It is 3 1/2 inches in height and 4 inches across the top.
