Light Horse of the Royal Guard Print

From what I can translate from the French on the print, this is as close as I can come. There are additional words and the date of 1595. I don't know if this reproduction is of an original painting or the exact origin. There are other words on the print, but the design of the frame keeps it from being read. There is a paper label on the back, but all it calls the print is "Soldier with Banner." The wooden frame measures 7 1/4 x 6 1/2 inches and 5 x 3 3/4 inches.
