I prefer using PAY PAL for sales transactions. I strive to give accurate descriptions of all the items I have for sale in my shop and give excellent customer service. I will answer questions as quickly as I can. I will process orders promptly. SHIPPING POLICY All purchases will be shipped Priority Mail with a tracking number. Shipping fees are the responsiblity of the buyer. All purchases will be shipped within twenty four hours of payment being received, unless it is a holiday or weekend. If payment is made by personal check, it will be held for 10 days until it clears. I ask that all payments by PayPal be made within 3 days of purchase. All money orders and checks need to be received no later than 10 days after purchase. If payment is not received in this time frame I will send a reminder e-mail. If no response within 24 hours after sending e-mail, the item will be returned to my inventory. RETURN POLICY If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your purchase. If you want to return your purchase, please ship it back to me at your expense. I will refund the cost of the item, less shipping and insurance. |
