Mother-of-Pearl Infant Child's Ring

This tiny ring made of a silver color metal (I think it is sterling but cannot find any marking) and a lustrous pale pink stone. It is surprisingly sturdy---it is a well made ring. This would be a darling gift from some lucky little girl!
