FENTON Ruby Decorated Wicker Handled Basket

Circa. 1933, this 6" x 9" Wicker Handled Ruby Basket has been decorated with gold flowers, leaves and vines. It is approx. 4 1/2" High with a 4 3/4" Diameter base. Has an embossed floral design on the outside lower portion.This #1684 Basket was made by the Fenton Art Glass Company of Williamstown, West Virginia. Excellent Condition. No chips, cracks. Some bubbles in the glass and a few use marks. The gold painted floral design is mostly faded. The Wicker handle may not be the original. A classic piece of old Fenton for your collection.
