Excellent condition pillowcases with hand-embroidered basket of flowers!
Standard size pillowcases measure 20” x 30” and are 100% cotton. Last photo shows close-up of the embroidery, pillowcases are shown folded in half in first and second photos. Pillowcases have been laundered, lightly starched and ironed.
These are so neat! There are two solid perfume compacts – one is shaped like a book, the other like a musical instrument. Both have the perfumes – I couldn’t identify the scents but they’re very nice. The book measures 1 3/8” long, 1 ¼” wide, the other is 2 3/8” long, 1 1/8” wide (at widest). Lovely collectibles!
This is another neat compact from the 1940’s! It’s made of ivory color plastic and has in-mold rose spray on lid. One side has a regular mirror with magnifying mirror on inside and rouge with puff. The other side has a mirror and pressed powder (puff and powder are missing) and it has lipstick in the handle. Great collectible!
This is a gorgeous and very collectible ladies compact from the 1940’s! It’s gold tone and has a tiny sofa and chair attached to the front and it’s in excellent condition!!
This listing has two Hommer hanky boxes in pretty “marbleized” pink color! Both are in wonderful condition with the usual scuffs on lids. These hanky boxes are becoming more and more difficult to find – all the hanky boxes we have listed have been a part of my hanky collection.
These two Hommer hanky boxes are the same pretty “marbleized” green color! The original ribbons have been replaced with small tassels. Both handkerchief boxes are in wonderful condition with only evidence of “use” being minor wear/scuffs on lids. Very nice!
This listing has an Ivogue razor with celluloid handle, sharp and dull blade storage, and it’s in its own celluloid box! Razor has “Newark, NJ” Pat. Pend. The shaving brush is probably made of boar hairs (sheds a little) and it’s still in the original box. Neat items!
These are lovely pillowcases – still in the original package and box! Per label, they are “Home Beautiful, Linens by Vickie”. They’re all cotton percale and measure 42” x 36”. Super!
