Catalog: Women's Vanity

Several years ago, I began a small collection of “hand” vases – this vase is from that collection and I will be listing others in the future. Vase measures 5 1/8” tall (at tallest) and is in excellent condition – there is some wear to the color on her fingernails – that’s it! Bottom has the original silver with burgundy foil sticker that shows a covered wagon, a crossed sword and gun, the letters P (at top), D (at bottom), and Japan. Lovely item that caught my eye!

This is an unusual hat!

It’s made in the beehive style and is covered with small black velvety flowers, has a black velvet bow in front, and black netting.

Hat has 2 small combs attached to inside to help secure hat to your hair. Made by Miss Sally Victor, New York.

This is a neat and unusual lady’s vintage compact made by Max Factor!

It still has the label on back that states “Golden Lark Watch-Style Compact with translucent crème puff”.

I’ve grouped these three beautiful white hankies into one listing! Each has a different design in the netting border. Hankies measure 10 ½” x 10 ½” and are in excellent condition.

Extra nice black velvet pillbox style hat! Inside label has “by Cindy”.

It’s difficult to photograph dark black hats and be able to see details so we lightened the photos a bit and the hat appears to be navy – it is not – it’s a rich, dark black.

Excellent condition black hat with ivory color bow and band! Original labels indicate the hat was made by Luci Puci for DeJong’s, Evansville, IND. Lovely hat, appears unworn.

This excellent hat is in the original Dobbs hatbox!

Label indicates this is a “long oval”, size 7 ¼” hat, also has Dobbs Fifth Avenue label.

Box is in very good condition with some storage evidence, hat has a few little round places on underside – still a very nice and wearable hat!

Made by Garay, purse is clean inside and out.

One rhinestone on the clasp could perhaps be a replacement (I'm not certain) but it's not as sparkly as the others.

These two hankies are beautiful!

Both are white and each has a single rose and a rosebud...

These three hankies are so pretty!

Each is trimmed with lace and they have different color embroidered roses – pink, blue, and red.

Hankies measure 11” x 11 ¾” and are in excellent condition.

As with all my vintage linens, hankies have been laundered, lightly starched and ironed (by me), and are from a smoke free environment.

This listing has a beautifully designed hat!

It’s a rich dark black color, made of velvet (or velour), and has a black ribbon bow as the only adornment.

Please see photos of this gorgeous hat! It is in wonderful vintage condition. You may wish to replace the ribbon bow to spruce/freshen it up a bit.

This is an unusual hat! It’s a stiff netting body that’s covered with interwoven raffia and ribbons – all in a pretty navy blue color. Excellent condition!

This is an eye-catching hat – it’s covered with white flowers and, for added interest, there are a few green leaves!

This is a rather unusual hat – it has 6 strips of fur on each side!

I know little to nothing about fur but this appears to be mink. Please see photos.

I have to say this is the most detailed and unusual netting type hat I’ve ever seen! It actually has two netting veils – the inner one is the heavier weight and the outer one is more fine/lighter weight. The top has gray color fern “fronds” with a velvety gray bow on top. What an eye-catcher!

This is an interesting ladies vintage summer hat!

It’s black with black netting veil and the veil has red, white, and blue dots.
