When I purchased this piece of Cleminson Pottery some time ago, I had absolutely no idea of its purpose or what it was supposed to hold! Since I listed this item for sale, a most knowledgeable Cleminson Pottery collector told me it is a cigarette packs holder or "Smokes Holder". Another cute and collectible laundry sprinkler! This is “Sprinkle Plenty” by Cardinal China, measures 7 ¾” tall and is in wonderful condition. He has pretty crazing and a tiny production non-glaze at base edge. Neat item! Neat laundry sprinkler by Cleminson Pottery! This is the Chinaman sprinkler, measures 8 ¼” tall (at tallest), and is in wonderful condition. It has very pretty crazing and there is a spot of missing color below one eye and another at the base. Also at the base is a small place that could be a bruise – it’s not a repair – and could be nothing (production). It’s not detrimental in any way and is really not worthy of mention!

This is a cute little guy – a sitting elf! Measures 3 3/8” tall (at tallest), 3 ¾” wide (foot to foot, and he’s in excellent condition – has minor crazing – that’s it!

This is an unusual item and a neat collectible – it’s an ashtray shaped like a donkey! Measures 5 ¾” tall (at tallest), has a paper label “California Originals, Torrance, Calif” and has in-mold number 297 on a foot. Cute!

Very eye-catching Kay Finch figurine couple! They are in excellent condition and I purchased them at the Howard estate sale (Olney, Illinois). Kay Finch’s stamp on bottom has washed away but there is no mistaking they’re Finch production – they’re also “book” pieces. The lady figurine may be seen on page 90 of Jack Chipman’s “California Pottery” (1999 edition).

Made by Hollywood Ceramics (marking is very difficult to see due to glaze fill-in), vase measures 12 ¼” tall, base measures 8” long, 4 1/8” wide – this is not a small vase.
