McCoy's Butterfly Line is definitely one of their prettiest pottery lines -- this listing has the large fernery planter!

It is a soft matte blue color and measures 3 1/4" tall, 8 1/4" long, and 3 1/2" wide.

Planter was early from the mold and the butterfly design is clear and distinct.

Planter measures 3 ¼” tall, 8 ¼” long, 3 ¾” wide and is marked with the overlapping NM, USA (difficult to see due to glaze fill-in but it is there).

It’s in wonderful condition with minor craze marks and a couple bottom interior, slightly dark spots (under the glaze and not detrimental).

There are so many variances in McCoy pottery items that you cannot simply state that a particular item cannot be a McCoy piece because of the glaze, etc. This is one of those pieces and it has been a part of my personal McCoy collection for well over 20 years.

It is the small jardinière (planter) from the Butterfly line of the 1940s. It measures 2 ¾” tall, 3 ¼” diameter, and bottom has overlapping NM (mark), USA...

This one is the small jardiniere (planter), measures 3” tall, 3 ½” diameter, and bottom is marked with overlapping NM, USA.

Jardinière may appear pink in photos (depending on your computer monitor) but is actually a pale lilac color (lavender in reference books). It was early from the mold with crisp, clean lines/mold detail...

This listing has a super nice McCoy small jardiniere (planter) from the Butterfly Line of the early 1949s!

It is matte white, measures 3 1/4" tall, 3 1/2" diameter, and is marked with McCoy's overlapping NM, USA.

Planter is in wonderful condition -- it has no evidence of use other than light crazing! It has a couple typical McFlaws -- a production non-glaze on inside rim edge and a production pottery flake on bottom edge that received glaze -- not detrimental.

This listing has a lovely McCoy vase from the butterfly line of the early 1940s!

Vase measures 6 1/4" tall and is a pretty aqua color with matte over-glaze.

This vase has definite charm and character -- the halves are joined together just a tad off-center! The mold lines are, of course, obvious. There are 4 small glaze skips on side. All these are production McFlaws!

The only "use" evidence I could find is what appears to be a 1/2" interior hairline at the seam/mold line...

Another McCoy Butterfly line vase! This one is a beautiful blue color, measures 6” tall, and bottom is marked NM (overlapping), USA.

Lovely mold detail and is in super condition – from my personal McCoy collection.

THE BUTTERFLY SHAPE VASE FROM MCCOY'S BUTTERFLY LINE OF THE EARLY 1940's IS DIFFICULT TO FIND! THIS ONE IS WHITE, MEASURES 5 1/2" TALL (AT TALLEST), 4 1/2" WIDE (AT WIDEST). IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME TYPICAL MCFLAWS. THERE ARE STRESS MARKS INSIDE BOTTOM (DO NOT GO THROUGH). ONE CORNER HAS A PRODUCTION "BRUISE" OR IT COULD BE FROM USE -- I'M NOT CERTAIN -- IT'S A 1 1/8" GLAZE BREAK ON THE RIM. IT DID NOT COME LOOSE AND HAS NO EVIDENCE OF REPAIR...

This listing is for McCoy's pepper shaker that is shaped like 1/2 of a cabbage.

Shaker is in great shape -- it has a 1/16" glaze ding on edge (by shaker holes) and minor crazing -- that's it!

Marked McCoy, USA on back and has the word "Pepper" at base.

When I saw this McCoy jardinière at an estate sale, I couldn’t believe my eyes -- the pattern is of leaves and single Calla lily blooms – quite beautiful and very, very difficult to find!

Jardiniere measures 6 ½” tall, 6” diameter, and is marked on bottom: McCoy.

The condition is wonderful -- it has no chips, dings or cracks but does have some interior crazing...

Very collectible McCoy item – the Calypso boat planter! Measures 11” long (at longest), 4 ¼” wide (at widest), and 6” tall (at tallest). Planter is in excellent condition with only evidence of “use” being minor cold paint loss – that’s it!! Has a glaze bubble that has a 1/8” pop on lower front – it is production and not detrimental. Difficult to find McCoy item!

This is a listing of neat and rare McCoy Canyon dinnerware pieces!

There is a large serving bowl (7 ¾” diameter, 2 ½” tall, marked 1423, McCoy, USA) and 4 small bowls (4” diameter, 1 ¼” tall, marked 1407, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA).

Set is in wonderful condition with no evidence of “use” but has production glaze imperfections on rim edge of the small bowls.

This is a wonderful nut bowl set, a berry bowl set, or (my favorite) a chip and salsa set!

A rare McCoy Canyon find – a carafe and 2 tumblers! Usually found in the Pasta Line and occasionally in Stonecraft’s brown stripe but difficult to find in the Canyon dinnerware line!

Carafe measures 8 ½” tall (at tallest), tumblers (cups) are 3 3/8” tall.

Carafe is marked: 660, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA. Cups are marked: 659, McCoy, USA...

Carafe measures 7 ¾” tall, cups are 3 ¼”, and bottoms are marked: 660, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA.

All pieces are in excellent condition with typical McCoy production glaze imperfections – nothing detrimental.

This listing has a set of 4 McCoy casseroles from the Canyon dinnerware line!

These are the French style (round stick type handles) and bottoms are marked 7054, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA.

Casseroles measure 2 1/4" tall, 3 1/2" diameter and are the 14 ounce size.

This set is in excellent condition with typical McFlaws – uneven glaze, a glaze skip on one rim edge, and one has a non-glaze/color dot “pool” that popped...

This listing has a mint condition McCoy chop plate serving platter from the pretty Canyon dinnerware line!

Platter measures 12" diameter with concentric circle design and is marked USA. It has beautiful rust color with black sponge effect around rim.

It has a non-glaze/color rub on rim edge -- a production McFlaw and of no consequence! This platter looks new and unused.
