Very difficult to find McCoy cookie jar – “Clyde” the dog! Seldom found outside a collection and that’s where this came from – my own cookie jar collection. Reference books list this jar as rare and I’m not certain this is not an accurate description – I haven’t seen one for sale in a long while...

This listing has McCoy’s super collectible and somewhat elusive Betsy Baker cookie jar! She is in excellent condition – no chips, no cracks, no crazing! Bottom is marked: 184, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA. Produced only during 1975/1976, Betsy is a difficult to find jar and a treasure for any collection!

Excellent condition McCoy Woodsy Owl Cookie Jar! The only “use” evidence is missing red cold paint from the feather in his hat (not unusual as cold paint removes easily when wet). He has a few tiny glaze pin-pops on his hat (production and not detrimental) and very minor crazing. Difficult to find jar!

Produced in 1961, this is McCoy’s Dalmations cookie jar! Bottom is marked McCoy, USA. Cookie jar is in wonderful condition but is not perfect and is priced accordingly. It has a slice type chip (1 ¼” x ½”) at bottom base that prior owner color “touched up” – it is not glaringly noticeable. Please see photos.

Produced in 1972, this is McCoy’s Hamm’s Bear cookie jar! Bottom is marked 148, USA and jar is in excellent condition – no chips, no cracks, has very minor crazing on his face. The top of one ear has a color rub/non-color – production and not detrimental in any way. As with every one of these jars that I’ve seen, the lid does not fit snugly. Again, this is production and is not detrimental. This cookie jar is a super nice addition to any collection.

Excellent McCoy cookie jar find! Made in 1961, this is McCoy's circus horse cookie jar. It's a black horse with a monkey riding on its back. Marked on bottom: McCoy, USA. Jar is in wonderful condition -- no chips, no cracks, still has most of its original cold paint! Super addition to any collection.

Excellent condition McCoy cookie jar with the original box! Titled “Down on the Farm”, this is a white and black cow cookie jar. Box has minor storage wear, jar is in super condition and is from my McCoy collection.

This listing has a super nice McCoy tee pee cookie jar! Marked on bottom: McCoy, USA, 137. The jar has excellent cold paint and is in wonderful condition – there is a ¼” slice type glaze ding on bottom edge of lid (not visible when on jar and not very noticeable when off) – that’s it! As with many of McCoy’s cookie jars, the lid does not fit snugly. This is a very nice cookie jar and an excellent addition to any collection!

This is a difficult to find McCoy cookie jar – the tee pee! Jar has beautiful color and is marked: McCoy, USA, 137. It has crazing that has darkened at bottom interior and exterior – not unusual and is caused by shortening used in cookies. The only “use” evidence is a ¼” slice type chip at the bottom edge of the lid (has been color touched-up so it is not glaringly noticeable). Jar measures 11 1/8” tall and retains the majority of the original cold paint...

This listing has a McCoy Caboose cookie jar! Produced in 1961, this is the “Cookie Special” and bottom is marked McCoy, USA. As with so many of the cold painted cookie jars, there is missing cold paint – could be easily repainted if you desire but I always like them as is. The only “use” evidence (other than the missing cold paint) is a teeny ding on inside of one corner of the lid. This cookie jar is truly a find for any collection!

DIFFICULT TO FIND MCCOY COOKIE JAR -- THE "CORK" LID JAR! IT'S IN A PRETTY CREAMY COLOR WITH TOP 1/3 BEING DARK BROWN AND HAS A SHINY GLAZE. THE LID LOOKS LIKE A LARGE CORK AND HAS A BISQUE TYPE FINISH. JAR MEASURES 8 1/4" TALL TO RIM, 9 1/4" FROM BOTTOM TO TOP OF LID. MARKED ON BOTTOM: 178, MCCOY, LANCASTER COLONY (MARK), USA. IN WONDERFUL CONDITION WITH A COUPLE CRAZE MARKS ON BOTTOM -- THAT'S IT! SUPER.

It's shaped like a chef, the lid is his hat -- a really big hat. He's a happy chef, has a big smile. Jar is nice size -- 11 3/4" tall at tallest.
