This Enesco Prayer Lady Mother in the Kitchen is the difficult to find kitchen timer!
She’s in very good condition – has a rub on the edge of her hands and on a cuff.
Apparently, the elastic holding her hour glass has broken and it has been replaced. The new hourglass elastic is secured at the back with a vintage button to keep the elastic from slipping through the opening.
I purchased two of these hourglass timers from the same estate sale and both have had new elastic attached in the same manner.
