Masonic Sterling 25 Year Pin with Diamond

This listing has a 25 year Masonic pin. It is marked sterling and the top has a small diamond (I tested it and it is a real diamond).
It appears the pin has a gold color material/wash over the silver and the color is a bit worn in some places.
The pin could use a good cleaning -- I did not attempt because I was concerned I would damage the enameling.
The pin measures 1/2" in length, 1/4" wide (at widest), and it has a screw type back which is the usual type back used when an item has a diamond or other valuable stone.
