This is a super neat postcard and history documentation! Per the postcard:
“Fairfield Bridge (soon to disappear forever).”
Postcard shows the 1866 covered bridge over White Water River in eastern Indiana as well as the village in the background. The village and bridge were flooded in 1969 as a conservation reservoir.
