14KT CHAIN WITH RUBY AND DIAMOND 14KT HEART PENDANT

This lovely heart shaped pendant has been in my jewelry collection for several years and I never wore it! It is still in the original box with price tag of $530 taped to the lid. There are 13 small round diamonds on half of the heart, the other half is gold and there are 4 marquis cut rubies in the center. Pendant is marked 14k and measures ½” wide (at widest), ¾” long (including bale). The chain is marked 14kt, Italy and measures 16” long. Gorgeous!
