Vintage Glass Christmas Ornaments in Box

I have been promising for some time now to list vintage Christmas ornaments from my personal collection – well, here goes!

This listing has an assortment of 12 small glass ornaments in a vintage box that proudly proclaims American Made Christmas Ornaments” and “Made in U.S.A.”.

I list my ornaments as I purchased them – the 4 with gold “netting” on them are not original to this box (they have flat metal caps). The rest are original and have open tops. As noted on a box flap, this type ornament had “wire hangers” and they were enclosed in a small envelope inside the box. A prior owner placed the hangers in the ornaments and that’s the way they are now.

I don’t know if the beautiful blue color will show accurately in photos but it is the blue that cannot be rivaled or equaled on new ornaments – absolutely gorgeous.

Condition: some of the netting has begun to deteriorate due to age and the dark pink has some color loss on one side. The green one has a few dark dots – not detrimental and not at all unusual on vintage ornaments.

Do be aware that vintage ornaments are just that – vintage – they will not be as new. They have been loved and used by prior owners.

These are beautiful ornaments and are excellent additions to a vintage Christmas collection!
