$70.00 McCoy Old Mill Stream Planter
This listing has a super nice McCoy Pottery planter -- it's the old mill planter!
It is the pretty honey brown and olive green color scheme with very shiny over-glaze.
Planter was made in 1953 and measures 7 1/2" x 6 1/2".
It has in-mold words "Down by the Old Mill Stream" and has a man sitting by the mill wheel. It appears that he is supposed to be fishing but he doesn't have a fishing pole.
Planter is marked on bottom: McCoy, USA.
It is in excellent condition -- no chips, no dings, no cracks -- and appears to have always been pampered -- the man still retains the majority of his cold paint details.
