McCoy Pottery Butterfly Line Planter Small Jardiniere Matte White

This listing has a super nice McCoy small jardiniere (planter) from the Butterfly Line of the early 1949s!

It is matte white, measures 3 1/4" tall, 3 1/2" diameter, and is marked with McCoy's overlapping NM, USA.

Planter is in wonderful condition -- it has no evidence of use other than light crazing! It has a couple typical McFlaws -- a production non-glaze on inside rim edge and a production pottery flake on bottom edge that received glaze -- not detrimental.

This planter was early from the mold -- the butterflies are very clear and defined -- and is an excellent example of early McCoy art pottery.
