McCoy Pottery Hanging Basket Planter Aqua Color

This listing has a beautiful McCoy hanging basket planter made in the 1940s!

It is a gorgeous aqua color with shiny over-glaze. Planter measures 4 1/2" tall and 6 1/4" diameter (at top).

Planter is in wonderful condition -- especially considering its age! It has normal age crazing that has darkened from being used as intended (not detrimental). The inside edge has a pottery flake-off that occurred during removal from the mold (received color and over-glaze and can be seen in photo) and inside bottom has 3 stilt marks -- production and not detrimental in any way.

The only "use" evidence (other than the darkened crazing) is a a tiny 1/8" glaze ding by rim. Do be aware that any white spots in photo are simply camera flash -- not damage.

This planter is an excellent addition to a collection and has in fact been a part of my personal McCoy collection for many years. I never used it, display only.
