BLACK CHALKWARE HOT PAD/POTHOLDERS

Very nice ethnic chalkware pieces! There are two in listing and each has a hook at bottom to hang a potholder. Measure 5” long, 5 ¼” wide (at widest) and are in very good condition with evidence of use and age. They have color wear that is attractive to the pieces instead of detracting, one has sustained a chip to and by his thumb that someone touched up with black marker (see photo), has sustained a slice type chip to a top corner of the watermelon, and has another older chip on the back. The other holder has color wear. Please see photos to appreciate these very collectible items!
