Made by Crown Staffordshire of Staffordshire, England, this is the 6th plate in a limited edition series and is titled “Cock O’ the North”. Plate measures 7 ˝” diameter, is mint condition, and has the artist’s name (J.A. Bailey) on front. Very pretty!
