BLACK VELVET HAT WITH BEADED LEAVES

Another beautiful hat! This one is stamped inside “Nancy, body made in Italy” and it has size tag (22). Hat has attached black leaves with black bead outlines and “veins”. The last two leaves on one side appear to have been glued together at tips so they are raised from the hat – they have come unglued and a couple of the bead strands are loose. I don’t know if they’re supposed to be that way but it’s not detracting. Please see photos of this super hat!
