SHIPPING: Shipping is by U.S.Postal Service or by U.P.S. I charge actual shipping costs. Delivery confirmation is included with all shipments. Books are shipped media mail as it is the most economical unless buyer requests a faster option. Insurance must be included on all items over $50.00 and all fragile items. I do not ship outside the U.S. Most low cost items are shipped when payment is received, however more expensive items will be held until your check clears. If you would like earlier shipment please send a cashier's check or money order.
RETURNS: I make every attempt to describe all items as fully as possible, noting all defects. If you find a flaw which was unnoted and wish to return an item, please notify me within 3 days of receipt of the item by phone or e-mail to discuss the problem. If the mistake was mine the item may be returned for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and original condition with all tags intact. Buyer will pay return postage only.
