These are original Post Office Box doors made of brass with a beveled glass window. They have a two digit combination. These may be polished to a high shine, but I've left them as is as some people prefer the original patina. I can provide the combinations for each of these. They weigh about 12 ounces each but several could be shipped in a flat rate box for shipping savings. They measure 5 3/4" by 3 7/8". I have about 45 in stock. Often referred to as "trench art" vases like this one were crafted from spent shells by soldiers or locals. This one has a stylized leaf, a bell, hearts, and fish on a stippled ground. Across the top are the dates 1914-1919. It is 13 1/2" high. A great souvenir of the "war to end all wars".
