Sales Policy
Please notify me via e-mail on items of interest for availability. I will hold items up to 7 days, allowing time for payment to clear at both banks.
I accept personal checks and money orders, only. Applicable fees will be charged for any returned checks.
All checks and money orders, please make payable to Lora Murray.
Items paid for by money order are shipped in 3 business days after receipt.

Refund Policy:
Your business and satisfaction are very important to me. In the event you feel you must return an item(s), please contact me for return instructions within three (3) days via e-mail. Once I have received and inspected your returned item, I will issue a refund.
Item(s) must be well packed in same material as first shipped.
Shipping/insurance costs will not be reimbursed for any reason.
Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact me regarding the return.

Shipping Policy:
Shipping and insurance will be charged on all sales and are non-refundable. Please e-mail with item number and zip code and I will reply with shipping charges.
Recycled packing materials are used when ever possible.
