This is a beautiful set of dinnerware made by the Knowles China Co. I'm not sure of the name, but all the pieces are a creamy white with a beautiful bunch of pink poppies. The set includes: (7) 10-1/8" dinner plates. Five are in very good condition, two with minor flaws. (8) 7-5/8" soup bowls. All are in very good condition. (8) 6-1/8" bread and butter plates. This is a very pretty stein or over-sized mug made by the Schumann China Co., Bavaria, Arzberg, Germany. The stein is 5-3/8" tall and has a beautiful picture of a male and female pheasant. The colors are vibrant and show no wear. It is marked on the bottom with the Schumann crown mark in green and with the blue E&R mark on a blue shield with a black crown. This is a very pretty 10" dinner plate in the Melody pattern made by Myott. It has a blue floral rim and center and scallops around the edges. The plate is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. This is a very nice creamer in the Duet pattern made by Franciscan. The creamer is creamy white with speckles and two pink flowers with gray leaves and stems. The creamer is 4-1/8" tall. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It is marked on the bottom, "Franciscan, Oven-Safe, Made in California, U.S.A., Color-Seal, Gladding-McBean & Co." This is a very pretty demitasse cup and saucer in the Medway pattern made by Alfred Meakin. It is decorated with a dark brown and multicolor floral and butterfly design. The cup is 2-5/8" tall and the saucer is 4-3/4" across. The set is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The saucer has some light crazing. This is a lovely mulberry transferware cup and saucer set in the Monticello pattern manufactured by the Wedgwood China Company of Etruria and Barlaston, England. This pattern features buildings and trees in the center with a grapevine and leaf border.
