This is a nicely woven(all tight weave) split willow fishing creel for fly fisher. It has a original leather closure strap with metal accents that is in shape of the fish. This basket is all original and does not come with a harness(the way they were sold). I have seen the same basket with the label : "Utica Made"& Horrocks & Ibbotson.
