It has a sand pontil mark on the bottom and some straw marks.This pitcher is shown in the book Clevenger Brother Glass Works, The Presistence of Tradition on Page 10 in a different color. Clevenger Brother Glass Works, in Clayton N.J. started blowing glass around 1929 in South Jersey. The factory was bought by James Travis in 1966. Clevengers was blowing glass for 71 years, since the factory closed there are no plans to reopen. This means Clevenger glass may never be blown again.
