McKee Innovation Sauce Ladle glass w/cut flower

Made by McKee glass ca. 1918. According to the Standard Encyclopedia of Pressed Glass this is in Innovation pattern. It is 5" long glass ladle or spoon with etched and machine cut flower. In excellent condition.$15 plus shipping.I need to know the zipcode to estimate shipping.
