McCOY pottery BICENTENNIAL cookie jar.It is bicentannial cookie jar . MILK CAN SHAPE,features the Liberty Bell in a center medallion with 1776 at the top and 1976 at the bottom. The back has a shield with 76 in it.Marked on the bottom: USA. IN very good CONDITION WITH one small chip on the inside of the lid.PROBABLY OCCURRED DURING REMOVAL FROM MOLD.(see second photo).
