Mazer Ribbon Bow Pin or Brooch,Blue rhinestone

Joseph Mazer brooch marked "MAZER". Just about 2 7/8 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide. Some very slight wear on the goldtone edges of the ribbon.Large blue rhinestone in the middle.Tiny blue stones around.All rhinestones are good.
