Vintage Cobbler's straight skinny hammer ?

Vintage Cobbler's straight skinny hammer? I am not shure if this is cobbler's hammer.The hammer head has an opening and the split on one side.Measures 12 1/4" long.Hammer head measures 4" long,6/8" wide in the middle.Very good used condition. $10 plus shipping.I need to know your zipcode to estimate shipping cost.
