Depression Glass Reamer/Juicer w/ looped handle

This estate sale reamer/juicer measures approx. 6" dia. and approx. 8" from tip of handle to tip of spout. I'm not sure who the manufacturer is as it is not marked, however, it could be Federal since it was during that time frame. There is a slight chip on the spout, otherwise it is in great condition.
