This is a lovely rare EARLY VICTORIAN KINGS pattern solid sterling silver salt spoon which was made in London, England in 1845 by the illustrious Georgian silversmiths, John Lias and Henry Lias at their Finsbury Square workshops. It measures 4 1/4" long and is almost 1 1/4" across its bowl. It is in double struck King's pattern with the diamond heel. This spoon weighs 30.2 grams - almost 1 troy oz. This piece of cutlery is engraved to the handle with the monogram S.
