Featured for your enjoyment is another wonderful item from Minnesota’s Attic. This set of saki
cups are delicately hand painted with the cherry blossom pattern so common from Japan. They
are not marked but I would place them in the late 40’s early 50’s. Each delicate little cup has a
vertical rib pattern on the sides. They are all hand painted and then trimmed with a gold rim.
Minor wear to one cup’s picture. Each stands 1 1/2” tall by 1 3/4” wide.

not been able to date it.

matching pin dishes. It is made of a heavy porcelain and covered with tiny roses and a bow in
pinks and blues. Tiny green leaves accent it all. The box and dishes are a stippled texture over the
entire body, front and back. The lid has been repaired, very hard to notice from the top, shown
from the bottom. A few roses are slightly damaged on one pin dish and the box lid. Box with lid
