Featured for your enjoyment is a rather confusing beater jar. Made of Jadeite by the Chicago
Electric MFG Co. Now it has lines on the side but no measurement marks, I have seen only one
other and that has the measurement marks. I do believe this was also a double boiler of sorts as it
says “Another HandyHot Product” also on the bottom. The larger lip would accommodate some
sort of second pot. It is in excellent condition. Stands 5 1/4” tall by 4 1/4” to the outer rim and 3

Featured for your enjoyment is a wonderful old shaker from Higbee Glass. I believe, from it’s
size, it is a sugar shaker. It has 6 sides with well defined points to each side. Star burst bottom
patter with the Higbee Bee stamped into it. Now two side points and top rim just below the lid do
have many very small, smoothed over, nicks from age. It has the original lid. Stands 4 5/8” tall by
2 1/2” across the bottom.
