Original Hand Colored Artist Signed Miniature Picture

Featured for your enjoyment is a new picture. This is an artist original print with the water colors then being added by him/her after. It is signed, no idea what that scribble says, sorry. Excellent condition. I have the black and white mate to this one also. Nice little picture and nicely framed in an 8” by 6” frame. I have 2 others by this artist.
